A stunning £3million home near the coast is being offered to a lucky competition winner – for just 67p.
The grand architectural masterpiece, set on top of cliffs overlooking the sea in North Devon, is top prize in a raffle to raise money for children in need.
The glorious coastal home, called Stealth House, is made mostly of glass, has three storeys and even boasts its own infinity pool.
It’s being offered by fundraising platform Omaze UK, who are raising money for the NSPCC’s Childline. And it could be yours if you purchase a raffle ticket for just 67p, which tuns out to be the winning number.
The competition listing on the Omaze website says: “You could be escaping to the coast as the winner of this fully furnished luxury dream home worth over £3,000,000.
“Overlooking Combe Martin Bay, this incredible house is surrounded by sandy beaches and unspoiled countryside. And just 11 miles from Barnstaple, you’ll never be far from thriving markets and cosy country pubs.
“We’re offering this incredible house to one guaranteed winner. There’s no mortgage, no stamp duty or conveyancing to pay. Plus… we’re throwing in £20,000 to help you get settled in.”
Stealth House was once in the running for a prestigious award and sits on the cliff tops between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin.
Its unique triangular structure, comprised predominantly of glass, features an infinity pool, a large media room, gardens and panoramic views of the Bristol Channel and rugged North Devon coastline.
The spectacular property comes fully furnished and features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two living areas, including a living room and a TV snug, an open plan kitchen-living room forms the hub of the house, a triangular roof light and a cantilevered stair.
The house has been fitted with solid oak prime grade floor, oak door and window frames and Italian porcelain tiles and appliances from Miele, Bosch and Barrazza.
It was designed by award-winning architect Guy Greenfield in 2018, who lives nearby in nearby Exmoor and, unsurprisingly, the property was revealed as a finalist for the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) South West Awards 2019 after its final construction.
A bundle of tickets to be in the running for winning the dream home are £10 each, which works out at 67p per entry, and the draw closes at midnight on May 29.
A recent valuation placed the property at £3m and estate agents have estimated the average holiday rental income for the house to be around £10,000 per week.
