It appears that rabid otters are a common sight in Florida. A 74-year-old man and his dog were attacked by an aggressive otter, which tested positive for rape virus after two bites. Both victims have been treated successfully, and the invasive animal has been put down.The Florida Department of Health reported on Monday that an attack occurred in Palm Beach County last Wednesday.
