Samsung has achieved a significant milestone with its latest foldable devices, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and GalaxyZ Fold 5, as reported by the company. These two devices received an enthusiastic response from consumers, with 100,000 pre-booked tickets being available in India within the first 28 hours of their availability. As reassurance to these eager customers, Samsung announced that it will be starting early deliveries of both flagship foldability smartphones from August 11, 2018, which began on July 27, 2023. The phones will also be made available for purchase on August 18, 2022.
Samsung Southwest Asia president, JB Park, was pleased with the success of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5, noting that Indian consumers are already enthusiastic about their new offerings. He believes that these devices will help to popularize foldable smartphones and strengthen Samsung’s position in the Indian market.

Starting at Rs. 99,999 for the 8/256 GB variant and Rs: 154.99, respectively, the Galaxy Z Flip5 is priced at around 149,990 for its 12/260 GHz version. Pre-bookers who pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S910 will receive an additional Rs; 20,000, while those prepping the more expensive Galaxy Zero5 will get a discount of Rs 23,000. Both phones can be available for pre booking through various leading online and offline retail outlets across India, with both offering pricing plans catering to their customers’ interests.
