The new action button on the iPhone 15 Pro: What to look out for?

Apple plans to replace the traditional Ring/Silent switch on the iPhone with a new Action button on its upcoming iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone15 Pro Max, as seen in this image.

The new Action button, which is expected to be available exclusively on the premium iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15, will function like the Mechanical Push button that allows users to manually activate a range of customizable functions, similar to the feature featured on their Apple Watch Ultra.

Steve Moser, a contributor to MacRumors, has developed the code for iOS 17 beta that allows users to set preferences and actions on the Action button in Settings.

Accessibility settings such as VoiceOver, Zoom, and AssistiveTouch can be made accessible to users.
