After her Tuesday (Aug. 8) concert, Taylor Swift was visibly stunned and gave a standing ovation to her rendition of “Champagne Problems” at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.
Swift reacted to the applause with emotion, as seen in videos from that moment. “It was so strange and beautiful. I didn’t know what to say or do.”
“As a human being, I am bound to go through some kind of emotional downfall,” she stated. She added, slightly tearful.
Swift’s final show was at SoFi Stadium, where she will be spending six nights. This event is the last stop on the first leg of the Eras Tour, which begins this Friday and features a series of international dates in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Canada. She will then embark on another North American leg in 2024.
After the fifth season of “O,” Swift revealed that she would spend decades trying to figure out words to describe her emotions.
The first five nights of the SoFi residency were filled with unforgettable moments, including the awe-inspiring “Exile” singalong and touching moment when Swift hugged his mother onstage. Fans were treated to some quality surprise songs during the mini residency, such as “I Can See You,” “Maroon”, “You’re On Your Own”,” “Death by Countless Fire,” among others, along with performances by Lupita Nyong’o, Mindy Kaling, “Dress,” and “King of My Heart, performed by stars like Jennifer Angeleo.
